* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Kenneth W. Huckemeyer, 66, of 103 Causeway Drive, St. Marys, was found dead May 21, 2008, at his residence. He had been in failing health for some time.
