ST. MARYS - A new state transportation funding formula could allow St. Marys to reinstate full busing within the next month.

CELINA - Kerns Auto Group is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the recent theft of two vehicles.
The vehicles - a silver 2007 Cadillac SRX and a silver 2006 Dodge Charger - were taken from the sales lot at 1000 W. Logan St. during the nighttime hours of Aug. 22. Employees discovered the cars missing when they returned the following day. [More]

ST. HENRY - Just when it looked like Celina's volleyball team had the momentum after winning a tight first game, St. Henry took control of the match.
The Bulldogs outlasted the Redskins for a 29-27 triumph in the opening game of the Mercer County matchup but St. Henry roared back to win the final three games 25-17, 25-16 and 25-22 to knock off Celina. [More]

CELINA - The city is on course to end 2013 with a general fund carryover of $2.6 million if revenue collections and expenditures continue at their current pace.
NEW BREMEN - Council members Tuesday night unanimously approved the lease of former Lions Club Park property to Crown Equipment Corporation as part of a proposed parking lot expansion. The 99-year lease carries a token payment of $1 per year.

Marion Local's volleyball team dropped the first game to Lehman but stormed back to win the next three games to stay unbeaten on the season after a four-game win in a matchup of perennial Division IV powers on Tuesday night at The Hangar.
