Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Christian Fullenkamp
Christian "Chris" J. Fullenkamp, 56, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died May 10, 2017 at his residence.
He was born July 30, 1960, in Quebec, Canada. His adoptive parents are the late Paul and Agnes (Post) Fullenkamp. On May 14, 1983, in Sharpsburg, OH, he married Pamela (Kahlig) Fullenkamp, who survives.
Also surviving are their two sons, Eric Fullenkamp of Huber Heights, OH, and Mitchell (Katie) Fullenkamp of Fort Recovery, OH; his three grandchildren, Gabriel, Blaine and Adele; his two sisters, Virginia (Patrick) Gehret of Fort Recovery and Cheryl (Ray) Hart of Coldwater, his brother, Jerry (Barb) Fullenkamp of Coldwater; his father and mother-in-law, Donald and Dolores Kahlig of Sharpsburg; his in-laws, Daniel (Juli) Kahlig, Ft. Recovery, Dave (Marceil) Kahlig, Coldwater, Karen (Mike) Schwieterman, Ft. Recovery, and Doug (Barb) Kahlig, Maria Stein; his birth mother, Lucille Fornier of Quebec, Canada; and his half siblings, Helene, Charles (Brigette), Sylvie (Patrick) and Dennis (Natalie) all of Quebec.
Chris was a 1978 graduate of Fort Recovery High School, Fort Recovery, Ohio. He was employed as a truck driver at Precision Strip Transport, Minster, OH and formerly at Hemmelgarn & Sons, Philothea.
Chris was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Sharpsburg, OH. He was a loving husband and father and treasured the time spent with his family. He had a faithful dachshund, Cooper, who was a loyal friend, always staying by his side.
Chris was an avid Fort Recovery Indians fan and enjoyed following all the teams. He loved driving his semi-truck and detailing and cleaning his vehicles. He also looked forward to playing a good game of cards with his card club.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Saturday, May 13, 2017 at St. Paul Catholic Church, Sharpsburg, with Fr. Ned Brown officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery.
Calling is 2:00 pm-8:00 pm Friday and 9:00 am-9:45 am Saturday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
