* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Jerry Sacher
Jerry Sacher, age 81 of Celina, Ohio passed away on May 3, 2017 in Pinehurst, N.C.
He was born on June 22, 1935 in Celina, Ohio to Vernon "Mox" & Anna (Sunderhaus) Sacher, whom both preceded him in death.
Jerry is survived by the love of his life, Cindy (Chittum) Sacher of Celina and his children; Paula and John Snowden of Dayton, Greg A. & Karry Sacher of Sugarcreek, Carla Sacher of Kettering, five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Jerry was preceded by three brothers and a sister.
He graduated from the Immaculate Conception Catholic High School in 1952, then was in the United States Marine Corps until 1956. Jerry was a retired accountant. He was a member of the Celina Grand Lake Aerie of F.O.E. #1291.
A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday May 13, 2017 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with Fr. Kenneth G. Alt C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Military honors will follow the Mass on Saturday.
A memorial gathering will be held from 5-8 p.m, on Friday May 12, 2017, to celebrate Jerry's life at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina and before his prayer service on Saturday morning from 8:30 until 9:30 a.m.
