* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Elizabeth McHenry
Elizabeth R. "Betty" McHenry, age 91 of Celina, Ohio passed away at 3:20 a.m. on Tuesday May 9, 2017 at the Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born on Oct. 10, 1925 in Woodbury, NJ to the late Arthur R. & Elizabeth (Goorley) Hoover. On June 5, 1948 she married James R. McHenry, who died on May 11, 1994.
Survivors include her two daughters and son-in-law, Sandy Huckemeyer of Celina and Nancy and Vance VanDoren of West Lafayette, IN, two grandchildren Tami Joe & Bryan Bishop of Gahanna and Todd J. Huckemeyer of Celina. She was blessed with two great grandchildren Cole Bishop and Lila Bishop.
She graduated from Norristown High School in Norristown, Pennsylvania in 1944. Betty was a member of the Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina and a Past Matron and Treasurer of the O.E.S. #91 of Celina for many years.
She was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She was also a mother to many Boy Scouts and DeMolay boys who walked through her front door.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday May 20, 2017 at the Grand Lake United Methodist Church with Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery next to her husband in Annville, Pennsylvania on Monday May 22, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday May 19, 2017 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina and from 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Saturday at the Church. Eastern Star services will be held at 8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
