U.S. Navy SF3c Robert E. Bailey received a long-delayed funeral service on Memorial Day at Swamp College Cemetery near Celina. Bailey died in 1941 while serving aboard the USS Oklahoma when it was attacked and capsized in Pearl Harbor. On January 19, 2021, his remains were identified by DNA.
