* WHEN...From noon EDT today through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Mildred Armstrong
Mildred C. Armstrong, 84, 608 E. Spring St., St. Marys, died at 10:15 p.m. April 23, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born Aug. 14, 1925, in Columbus, to Ollie Prine.
Surviving are three sons, James (Mary) Armstrong, Wapakoneta, Grover (Wanda) Armstrong, St. Marys, and Joseph (Shelly) Armstrong, Cartersville, Ga.; a brother, Luther MacGilvray, New Baltimore, Mich.; a sister, Beverly Murrell, of Michigan; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a companion, Gene Long; a son, George "Pete" Armstrong; four siblings, Robert and Gordon Goodwin, Ronald MacGilvray and Lila Sicken; a grandson.
She was a homemaker and attended high school in Delphos. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial is at Walnut Grove Cemetery near Delphos.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys.
