During the predawn hours, winds will increase ahead of a low pressure system moving east through the lower Great Lakes. Gusts of 30 to 40 mph are expected through this afternoon, possibly gusting to 45 mph in a few spots. Wind is expected to decrease overnight but remain relatively strong at 20-25 mph this evening.
Please be aware of these strong winds especially if driving a higher profile vehicle. Secure loose outdoor objects and shore up seasonal decorations if possible.

The Wright State University-Lake Campus' baseball team ended its inaugural baseball season with a 17-10 record after the Lakers suffered their second loss of the Ohio Regional Conference Conference tournament on Friday at Beavers Stadium in Lancaster.
